When am I charged? +
Your first charge occurs when your provider approves your plan and your prescription is issued — not when you take the eligibility quiz or complete your intake. If you're not approved, you're not charged. After that, billing renews on the same date each month.
Does insurance cover this? +
We're a cash-pay platform and don't bill insurance directly. However, depending on your insurer and plan type, you may be able to submit a claim for reimbursement — especially for the medical consultation component. HSA and FSA funds are commonly used by our members. We recommend checking with your insurer beforehand if coverage matters to your decision.
Can I switch between semaglutide and tirzepatide? +
Yes, if your provider determines a different medication is more appropriate for your goals or tolerance, your plan can be adjusted. Any medication change goes through your provider — they'll discuss the clinical rationale, manage the transition, and update your membership to reflect the new program pricing.
How do I cancel? +
Cancel any time through your patient portal or by contacting our support team. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged for the following month. If medication has already shipped for the current billing period, that shipment is non-refundable. No cancellation fees, ever. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What if my provider decides I'm not a candidate? +
You won't be charged. The eligibility quiz and provider intake review are free. If a licensed provider determines that GLP-1 therapy isn't appropriate for you — for any clinical reason — you'll be notified with no obligation and no fee. Providers retain full clinical discretion.
