Credential verification
We confirm board certification, active state licensure, DEA registration where applicable, and clean disciplinary history through the National Practitioner Data Bank and state licensing boards.
Clinical interview
Every provider is interviewed by our medical leadership team — not a staffing algorithm. We assess their experience with weight management, their familiarity with GLP-1 therapy, and how they approach patient communication in an async environment.
Protocol training
Providers complete onboarding on our clinical protocols for GLP-1 dosing titration, contraindication screening, side effect management, and patient communication standards before seeing their first patient.
Ongoing oversight
Patient outcomes and care quality are monitored by our clinical leadership on an ongoing basis. Providers who don't meet our standards don't stay in our network — and patients are never left without coverage if a provider transitions out.

We don't auto-approve based on quiz scores or push providers toward approval rates.
